Case Histories

Here are examples of projects the Book Alchemist has worked on. Some are print, some are e-books, and others are print-on-demand. They can be purchased at indie bookstores, directly from the author, from big-box retailers, and/or as ebooks formatted for various readers.

• Vignettes & Postcards, edited by Erin Byrne and Anna Pook, won five awards and is in its third printing. It’s a traditional print book.
• Wandering in Paris, edited by Linda Watanabe McFerrin and Joanna Biggar, can be ordered from indie bookstore Book Passage’s website, or at the store’s Corte Madera and San Francisco, California locations.
• Hollywood Hack author Robert W. Kerwin decided to forego printed books, and instead relies on print-on-demand and e-book distribution.
• The Mother’s Virtue is a book of poetry, with each poem appearing in both English and Greek.
